There are many differences between him and Freddie Mercury, and while many may think he is less than Freddie as a singer, any comparison really makes no sense, because they're just different! I love his voice, he is a naturally gifted instrumentalist able to play guitars, drums, bass and piano, and I think this defines the extroardinary level of this artist! ROGER FOREVER!!!!!!!

Roger is a great singer, he just has more of a raspy voice. Even though Freddie could also hit the high notes in Bohemian Rhapsody it was Roger who hit the high note "FOR MEEEEEEEEEE".

Are you aware that it was actually Roger who did all the high notes live? Roger Taylor had a very important role vocally in Queen. The Magic Tour wouldn't have been the same without him on backing vocals. The high sreams in "Bohemian Rhapsody" were also done by Roger!!

Roger did a good job. Of course it's not the same as Freddie I'm sure he agrees.

But he does have a good voice in his heyday he was the one who sung the high notes of all the Queen songs. He still does good for a 60 year old man.

It's better for Queen to still be touring and introducing people to the music at least they are not letting people just forget Freddie.

And if touring gives Brian and something to do rather than just fade away and be forgotten then it's a good thing.
