I don't recognize that song in particular (however I know a lot of jazz piano players from the Conservatory in The Hague that would make this kind of music just on the fly by improvising) but I tink you might really like the Köln concert by Keith Jarret. Same kind of music, similar sound.
The last two songs were made by Dave Grusin, one on the "Gershwin Connection" CD (I ain't got plenty o' nuttin, from Porgy and Bess) and the other is the Punta del Sol, first track of "Migrations" album.
the first piece is just an improvisation by peter. you can read this in his guestbook on his homepage. i wanted this piece so much too, but...ok. sounds really beautiful, bittersweet.
The first song is called - I have Plenty of nothin' - by George Gershwin. It's an arragment done by Dave Grusin. Check out Dave Grusin - The Gershwin Connection GRP Records. The Second is called Punta Del Soul by Dave Grusin. The album is Migration 1989 GRP records!
This is some Casper stuff right here.

Yamaha. They make great instruments. But, they also make great hi-fi gear.
I have a Sony ES stereo/digital surround system, which is a great rig. But there are times where I wished I had bought Yamaha equipment instead.

Before i found these Yamaha Demos, the name Peter Baartmans was realatively new to me.
After hearing his playing,he has fast become one of my 3 favorite keyboard musicians.
Its a gift to be able to play like this and much of it is not written in the notes on the page.
I was hoping that with the new version of the 9' concert grand Peter might have done a new demo with it...or its double with disclavier.
The Cf-111s would be my ultimate piano.
something about all that wood !
