You obviously have never lived in a housing project or near one. I lived in one for a year when I was too ill to work. My neighbors there were mainly women w/ 3 kids or more, some of whom also had kids; 3, sometimes 4 generations of women who collected full welfare for decades. Their teen sons were bands of terrorists who kept everyone awake at night. After several surgeries, & a home invasion where I was attacked, I sold everything I owned, moved away,& enrolled in school -without welfare.
