I think the "comedy hour" came shortly after the "cocktail hour"and what fun! check out when they had Jim Stafford on the show in Branson doing "classical gas". the clip is classical, and Jim Stafford is A gas!
With all the comedy and schtick, it's easy to overlook what a beautiful voice Dickie has.
