I know someone who was murdered that way. Two guys decided to street race, and the victim's car got trapped between them. They both ended up crashing into the victim's car.
Street-racing is against the law in the United States, but the maximum jail time for it is 18 months.
They ended up getting 12 weeks. For killing someone.
Sometimes I think people have no concept of the idea that life is a valuable commodity.
