  • Whats this song name?

    Like Barney song

  • The British played it to make fun of the Americans, the Americans played it cause they didn't know it was meant to make of them.. Kinda proving American sterotypes here isn't it lol

  • @RazorCell7 No, they played it to spite the British. They knew the British were making fun of them so they took it and changed the lyrics as a big "fuck you" to the British. Seems like you're the clueless one here, not the Americans.

  • It's kind of hard to imagine why Americans would write a song that paints them all silly looking.

  • British army playing American band. What a nice scene! :D

  • @Priyo866 no yankee doodle was british tune orginally

  • I just got empire total war but i cant get the marching bands to play. Is there a mod for this?

  • @fazugue take a look at Tom's Hardware's Graphics Card Hierarchy Chart (google it, i can't post the link in the comment)

any GPU that is at the 8800gt level or above should be able to run the game on high/ultra with that ram and that processor

  • @Sm3gH3adx lol, an 8800gt with that couldn't even run it at medium with smooth fps. This game is very demanding..

  • @MonolithD6 I run it at 1440 x 900 with a 3870, 4gb of ram, and a e6300 at 2.4ghz at mostly high with a few ultra settings : P

  • @Sm3gH3adx In a real world scenario, you're going to need better than that in some of the more intensive battles if you want to run max res with everything on ultra and all extra graphics features enabled.

  • @fazugue maybe yes computers are very complicated even with a good processor and ram some games require more of a better gpu then others and I know for my case thats what happened with empire. Try out the free demo on steam and see how it runs

  • @fazugue the amount of RAM on a video card is pretty irrelevant. It's all about the specific model that it is and it's processing power which is determined by a whole lotta other things than RAM such as number of shaders, etc. My computer is a Dual Core at 2.4ghz with 4GB of ram and an ATI 3870. I can pretty much max the game out at 1440 x 900 with a few things on high instead of ultra.

  • @fazugue well you will need it on lowest settings and it might even lagg at that

  • @fazugue it can run it but not to good with that graphics card

  • yeah yeah we still won the revolution and kick redcoat butts from our continent.

  • is there a music mod where bagpipes are included?

  • im actually not too fond of the fife mod, all of my units play a different tune and it sounds like shit lol

  • Whenever I click on the rapidfile link or whtever it just syays file now found,,,, any help?

  • use vegas pro 9.0

  • be cool if for the fights you could add modern rock songs or whatever your into

  • Like all battles in the revolution!(british bombarded by heavy artillery)

  • @Varyalover It like always was the other way around; The british had the heavy artillery.

  • @Atvishees i meant from an american point of veiw

  • what i want to say to game trumpeteers Stop that useless noise!*looks at me* ...You'll hurt yourself.

  • @Varyalover you have that from the battle of waterloo, didn't you?

  • @MrErickArend yup

  • how can i customize my own music, i want to put some other tracks like this maybe but add ome other too. plzz tell me

  • @EV1LDRAG0N sorry man, i have no idea

if you want help with modding then you should go to the link i have in the info that'll take you to the main modding forum for empire

  • @HitlerReichsfuhrer88 no it was english. by the way, why you haz nazi name?

  • Yankee doodle certainly was an English tune, during this period both sides played each others tunes, sometimes to taunt each other!

  • @BrigadierGraham yep it whas too taunt eachother and too make fun of eachother

  • I actually made this mod, you can find them over at the Total War center!

  • The yankee doodle song was written by British soldiers. It was meant to make fun of Americans by implying that they were stupid and panzis.

  • The US took Yankee Doodle from the British. It was actually written to make fun of Americans.

  • @unnamednewbie13 Wow... The more you know...

  • @unnamednewbie13 Sucks for them :P America made it better!

  • @unnamednewbie13 That's hilarious.

  • Yankee doodle was an english tune.

  • @LutzDerLurch yea originally it was made to mock the yanks.

  • @LutzDerLurch thought it was american...

  • @sonofsueraf Both used it. :)

  • lol yeah

  • i didn't make the mod : P

  • @Sm3gH3adx yeah that music actually adds some thing too the game rather than gunshots and maybe a little drums since the people using drums command what people do and try too stop that noise a gun or cannon makes when it lands making you think holy sht... i cant do this im getting out of here!

  • aaaaaaaahahahhahahahhahahahhahhahah hahahahhahhahahaha loooooooooooooooooooooooooool

  • Oh wait, wrong. My bad. In my defense, my headphones are shitty. Buying a new pair.
