IMO Noel had a better voice in the Acquiesce chorus on BHN tour compared to the earlier WTSMG tour. I think in the Maine Road gigs for instance he sings a bit off key in some parts and his voice seems to be a bit weaker compared to this.

I still don't know if the audio is really from GMEX or another concert. It may be from GMEX if they made some audio edition. On the mp3 from GMEX it's possible to hear the sound of the microphone hitting the stage after Liam throws it into the air, on this video there isn't this sound.
