the xbox customer support is probably the worst ever. I've been trying to ship my 360 elite off to be repaired for almost 2 weeks now because the shipping label still hasn't arrived and i have no printer. 4 days was either a big lie or someone is heavily over paid . even when i was on the phone with the agent he wasn't listening to half of what i said though i got lucky and he was American and spoke English lol.

that is a console problem, in fact its 1 of the many common problems wit the 360..1. red ring 2. disc tray problems 3. reading error 4. console fucks up your disc.i have a 360 n a ps3 but my 360 hasnt given me problems yet, except it freezes a lot when i play for about 4 or 5 hrs straight.i think it red ringed on once but i turned off the console and let it rest for a couple hrs, turned it back on it started working again..i dont even play my 360 much anymore so i dont have problems no more..lol

that wont work, game shops check discs before they sell them to customers unless the video game is brand new and still wrapped in the plastic, but even if that is the case, scratched discs arent put in new cases..lol
