A very underated gem, I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this movie!! All of the cast were FANTASTIC!! Giovanni Ribisi & Helen Hunt brought me too tears laughing!!!

@funkyfyremonkey Yes! I'm so glad this movie isnt forgotten. There are like 10 000 people in the whole world who have watched it :( It's really underrated. And the soundtrack... magical! This movie left a lot of nice memories in my head, because I watched it in winter, which only added up to the atmosphere. Ah, snow... please, reply to this comment, you will make me feel a lot better knowing Im not the only one who watched this movie in the last few years :D

@guzotak I know what you mean.I'm SO glad I didn't miss it!! I came across it in the store & it looked interesting.I own it now & have watched it enough to count for alot of people :) I see in my comment that I wrote Helen Hunt,I meant Holly Hunter.I think she's also a VERY underated actress,her performance was histarical!!(I feel the she way acted myself quite a bit,lol).

@guzotak And Giovanni playing such a meticulous,straight laced guy being driven to the edge of his sanity by the whole deal showed his supreme talent!!Ahh,I could go on& on.Another one you don't want to miss is 'Bandits' with Bruce Willis & Billy Bob Thorton& Cate Blanchette.It's also not well known & for me,pure comic genius!! If you've got any suggestions I'm glad to hear 'em.Anybody who likes this movie has got good taste ;)

@funkyfyremonkey Well, I can tell you my top 5 - but it's nothing like this movie.. you can go check em out though. 1. Biutiful; 2. V for Vendetta; 3. Into the Wild; 4. The Big White; 5. The Prestige. I warned you, they really are NOTHING like this movie. Nothing. Mostly drama / thriller, but they are masterpieces.

I've seen all the rest & I think they're great too :) I've got a wiiide range in my taste of movies.If you haven't seen it,the show Breaking Bad is really good too,but you gotta start at the beginning so you know what's going on :)Thanks for the list!!

@guzotak Yes & I was really surprised at how much I liked it,it was GREAT!! I'm not usually very interested in comic book type movies but that one had a rich & multi-faceted story.I also really liked Sin City & Hell Boy.Have you seen Sanctum?I watched it last night & was kinda bummed because the acting was pretty cheesy.I thought it was going to be tremendous because James Cameron porduced it,but not so much :( so don't pay to see it if you were going to :)

@funkyfyremonkey Ah, yeah, I did see the low IMDB rating os Sanctum so I didn't watch it. But damn, yesterday I watched K - PAX... Oh. My. God. I just can't stop thinking about it! AAARGH! It's perfect in every way! Just makes you think of how vast our universe can possibly be, and to those who are open-minded like me, it brings a lot of questions. If you haven't watched it, than I have one thing to say. DO IT NOW.

@guzotak I saw it a long time ago & I don't remember alot about it,but I'll watch it again!! I love learning & thinking about all that stuff too, & it's AWESOME that there are so many movies & shows about it these days!! I LOVE Ancient Aliens& talk about making you think!!! If you haven't seen it yet,do not miss it!!There's a few episodes on here.I also really like the History channels The Universe series.It's funny how our little monkey brains have a hard time comprehending how big it really is

@guzotak Yeah,that would certainly shake things up :)Supposedly,Planet X(Niburu) has a"slingshot" orbit that is going to bring it very close to us in 2012&some people think that the Annunaki live there& are going to come back then.Steven Hawking says we better hope nothing comes to visit us because anybody advanced enough for that kind of space travel would be highly dominate&we'd be at their mercy.And if they are anything like us their agenda would be to take over&colonize.

@guzotak It'll be VERY frickin interesting to see what happens!!Have you seen Steven Speilburgs "Taken"?AWESOME story about alien DNA manipulation through generations of families.That's a big part of the Ancient Alien theory too,that they started the human race in Sumeria&stayed here for quite awhile teaching us math&astronomy.When you think about how much the Mayans &Egyptians knew,it makes sense,to me anyway :)Eric Von Daniken is fascinating to listen to about the history of it!!

@guzotak Same name,different movie.Actually,Speilburgs is a 10 part series.Most of it's on here,it's missing a couple parts,but it's still hours of the series.It's an awesome story starting with the aliens taking a pilot in WWII(based on a true story about the blue lights called"foo" that our pilots saw hovering while fighting mid-air)&manipulating his,his childrens&grandchildrens DNA & at the same time one of the aliens that escaped from the Roswell crash starts his own family.

@guzotak No,not a horror,I guess you'd just call it sci-fi.There are some murder scenes& blood but by todays standards,not bloody enough :) I ordered K-PAX cause I found it for a buck on amazon,I'll let ya know :) Yeah,it's nice to talk to someone open minded :)There's soooo much shit talkin' & negativity on here between people(I've done my fair share,when provoked,lol)I've got a wide range of taste in most things.I just can't stand the mindless,hateful shit.Other than that,it's aaaall good ;)

@guzotak Have you seen Powder?About a boy whose mother was struck by lightning while she was pregnant with him& it caused him to use more of his brain than normal,gave him telekinesis&unbelievable intelligence.I love that one too :)Kinda like K-Pax,an oddball that nobody believes at first.
