It's easy for people to talk when they have a green card or are fortunate to be born and live in this great country. I came legally to the USA, and I begin process when I was here legally therefore immigration department does not ask me to go back to my ex country because I didn't broke any law, and I can wait here in the USA until I become citizen, and immigration knows this, and It keeps sending me letter where I am accepted already. But this lady came illegal first, and because she begin process when she was illegal, she got asked to go back to her ex country because she broke the law. Plain, and Simple.

You only get asked by immigration to go back to your ex country to wait time, but only, if the person has been illegal in the USA. This old lady is hypocrite because she came illegal in the USA, and later some how probably got marry, and she begin process which sends her back to her ex country because she broke the law. Come legally to USA beginning process right away while your still legal, you don't have to be sent back to any country, you can stay in the USA till you become citizen.
