Jesus, get over yourself, that is not considered the Eye of The Tornado, its called the outflow boundary in which this case, u have no clue what that is.. Clearly the video u recorded was just the storm developing, with a possible tornado trying to form.... Can you say "Clueless" and lay off the bong once in awhile, it shows that ur head is messed up.
