I highly suggest you watch a few if you don't make it a daily habit; there is so much cutting-edge information to be gained from the show that it should be mandatory by law. ^.^

He is a brilliant mind and the fact that you would value his looks over his teaching is beyond me. It's childish and in all reality just plain stupid.

TED is just one example of the political bias influencing children through the education system. There's a difference between educating children, and telling them your political beliefs are the only beliefs. It's amazing how many teachers brainwash their kids with their political beliefs currently, and it's amazing how the vast majority are liberals.

I think first thing is to make school more practical. We learn theory and abstract more than real, concrete principles. I can do calculus, but I cant cook. Im an engineer, I cook way more than I do calculus, hahah. Calculus is great.. but so is cooking!!!!
