no thats the student section they usually get in a little bit late, and its general admission in the student section so they tend to cram into the front rows more and leave a little open space up there at the top. i was a packed house trust me i was there.

Well at Least Penn State will make a nice bowl game and win the Big Ten Title and Iowa will sitting at home
