Thank you for this video, it solidified my decision to get an XSE. I would like to eventually get a Springfield but, they are nearly impossible to come by in my area. It sounds to me like the XSE may not be as refined but, will be a reliable and accurate pistol out of the. Plus, the current production ones will have "100 Years of Service" stamped on them. Badass.
I got them from midway usa. They were wrap around grips but I cut the portion off the part that wraps around the front strap. I think they were 15 bucks and they are OE colt grips.

nice gun! Have you seen 100 yrs. XSE series its new and it has an extended beaver tail with memory grove and a better thumb safety, its an upgraded version of our XSE for the same price.
I want one do u have a suggestions for a steel vs aluminum xse?

Nice video man. Not to rain on your parade but are you sure the barrel on the regular XSE's are match barrels?
I know for a fact that the new colt Rail gun has a national match barrel but does the regular XSE?
I just ordered an XSE and if it turns out it does have a Match barrel I'll be extra happy
