@doctortehe The only reason I clicked on this vid was cuz, form the title & ridiculously ugly thumbnail, I thought it was someone criticising nu-hu. Anyway about acting: the ingredients aka the signature of the bad actor is when they: shout a lot, spit, stammer & pant(even though they haven't been doing any running). Tennant does 2 of the 4. None of the other dr.s have done more than one of these things, making Tennant the worst out of the 11, but at least he didn't talk in a northern accent.

@LegoDaleks What you are describing is "over-acting" and even then, shouting is a bit debatable. If it tells you in the script to shout then you bloody well shout. whilst I understand that DT does border into it (particulary in S2), he does mellow and does a really good job. You completely ignore: 1. Under-acting and 2. The Era that was played for laughs. Also, what's wrong with a Northern accent? CE was wonderful.

@doctortehe The Dr. doesn't have a northern accent. So, an "actor" who insists on doing a northern accent shouldn't B hired. It's hardly debatable. In his defence he says that lots of planets have a north, but none of his predecessors or successors have northern accents - it's not even possible for me to come up with something as stupid as that. Btw, it doesn't say in the scripts that he should shout, that kind of thing is left up to the actor, especially when it's a lead actor.
