  • Thanks for this i keep looking out for a cd with this on but no go so far. I have the original 45 from 1970 and it was a good twin offering. As you all point out so many good B-Sides around in the old days.

  • god it is so long since iv heard this, reminds me of school hols, i prefer this to flip side

  • If i could ever be a dj of 60s n 70s tunes....this is my theme tune...anyone know if there was a follow up single

  • @john111257 Hi, the release previous to this was, DJS 229 - Curried Soul / Mighty Mouse and the one after this was, DJS 245 - 71-75 New Oxford / Get Out (Of This Town), thanks for looking :-)

  • @raresoulie Ok, my mistake, the correct order is 1. this 2. Curried Soul and 3. 71-75 New Oxford.

Sometimes my brain works backwards :-D

  • Not easy to say what it is, that makes a real good instrumental, but this one has it.

  • I like this one. When I see DJM Records I think Johnny "Guitar" Watson so this one surprised me. Kinda sounds like it could have been used as bumper music for some late-late night movie show back in the '70's and 80's. Fab!!

  • I would not say "decent enough" because this is one of my first soul/funk 45's and I still lov the bass break ;)

    Thank you for posting!
