You have to actually " buy " a BOV that makes that noise. If your BOV is naturally making that noise " Beu-beu-beu-beu-beu ", then that is air feeding back from the BOV manifold into the turbo, fighting against the RPM of the turbo, not cool. better to just buy a BOV that makes that noise, which is the BOV releasing into a shuttered pattern, making the same noise =) Unless you like an eventual blown turbo after 10,000 km's.

@mexecs- WRONG. The Skyline's block can also take 1000+ HP, and it will be FASTER because it puts the power down way BETTER, while the Supra just spins.

A 600 HP Skyline will take out a 650 HP Supra, let alone a 600 HP Supra, in the 1320', and the Skyline is cheaper to get better times with anyway because of a better power curve.

On the street from a dig a Skyline given it's AWD will win, from a roll it's lights out. You can't make the same power with an RB as you do with a 2JZ.

People are so miss informed about supras, they all think that they rolled off the factory that fast, the majority of them are heavily modiffied to go this fast, just like any other car thats modified , dump more money into the mustang and it will beat the supra , spend more for the supra and the mustang will never catch it, $10,000 and u can make a small miata run circles around this two cars here, v8 swaped miatas are nasty, add turbos and big psi and it just becomes madness.

@9captainobvious hahahaha i got 1025rwhp in my cobra. i dont run quarter mile i run 1/8th and in a 1/8th itll run 5 seconds flat. never tried standing mile. i have a 347 stroker small block Ford. canfield heads with a new boss block, c4 racing transmission, 8.8 rear end with 35 sline mosier axels. i have a two stage nitrous kit for it but havent put it on yet. and no i9 dont have any vids of it on my page YET, thats my old car that ran 7.28, stock except for 75 shot nitrous.

The new 5.0 getrag transmission is a little iffy right now so I would wait till 2012 models hit the market or buy those instead. If you could afford a gt500 SS.... why in the world did you purchase a supra or 03 Mustang? You could have bought a c5 z06 or even a used c6 z06.
