Lovely cornbread, too bad they never mention quantities, except for the two eggs. Are we supposed to guess how many cups of this or that are needed? Duh!

you dont NEED a cast iron, it just hold up really well in the oven and its got a great deep shape to it as well. Try using a circular cake pan. :)
