  • These are great videos! Thanks for the effort!

  • Kelly,as an Olympic lifter,i squat with feet turned out and a lot of anterior tibial translation,no knee pain but still trying to correct a sligth buttwink below 90º.Most of the Olympic lifters,if not all, also squat with feets pointing out, receive snatches and clean jerks with toes pointing out and with perfect flat back!! Are we taugth wrong?? The limited joint range proposed by some people i ,i see guys justifying their short range bench presses by saying it's dangerous for the shoulder!!

  • @guima300 Turning knees out puts the glutes more in use + healthier on the knees as i know it.

  • From what I see you do a squat test once a month?

as this is number 7 on the 210th day

  • @iKnockturnal yep.

  • can you explain the comparison with some oly lifters that have alot of external rotation of the foot while they squat? There are also oly lifters that clean in the position of feet forward, and when they are in the catching phase they externally rotate their foot to squat back up.

  • hey man. you're a great source

  • I can not begin to explain how awesome the 10 minute squat test is... It has improved my pistol squat 10 fold, and I have only done the 10 minute squat test about 3x in 2 weeks... Phenomenal...

  • What if one has flat feet?
