  • How did you speed it up? What program did you use?

  • @mutantflamerobotics Adobe Premiere Ellements

  • @Jazza159 Thanks for responding! Do you reckon that normal adobe premiere pro would work?

  • @mutantflamerobotics Yep, intact it would be better :)

  • @Jazza159 Thats good to hear :) Is it quite simple to do?

  • It's ice for T-1000! After it melts, it becomes ice again so he can drink more Terminator Tea!

  • @RogerBahadur hahaha :P

  • is this a good camera ? any option to minimize shaking .

  • no lifer

  • @Sivingable hahahahah, you have a point there :P

nah its only took 25 mins

  • How did you do it on your fh1? Did you just manually record every 10 seconds? Or did you get a 5 second clip automatically every 30 seconds?

  • @ohcaptainmycaptain4 I recorded straight for 25 miniutes. The Halogen lights helped melt the ice and speed up the procces... I made it fast Through Editing

  • what editing software do you use?

  • @juliaheartsjuicyc u Used Adobe Premmier ellements (7) for that vid, I use Adobe After effects for any VFX

  • loved it!!

  • Thanks mate

  • I got the sanyo vpc fh1 for 392 on the camera box us dollars :P

PS Were you shooting 720 HD? and is there like not even a time lapse feature for the sanyo?

  • awesome,

i was shooting in full 1080P (FULL HD)

and im not sure what you mean by

"is there like not even a time lapse feature for the sanyo?"

i made teh clips faster through editing software

  • @Jazza159 If you made the clips faster, and didn't use timelapse, then Its not time lapse!

  • @magichristo Well by definition Timelapse us:

"Time-lapse photography is a cinematography technique whereby each film frame is captured at a rate much slower than it will be played back. When replayed at normal speed, time appears to be moving faster and thus lapsing"

    So your Correct... Congrats..

I still think filming ice melt then speeding it up is awesome! :D

  • YES! I was so glad you played it back backwards. That was awesome. I'm getting this camera soon and seeing the quality got me even more excited. Also, i noticed you said you used premiere elements to edit this. What version?

  • Teh cammera is soo good. im soo gla i got it... best one for its price range by far.

    and im using version 7

  • I just got this camcorder. This is a great video! Can you explain how you took this? Would this work for something slower, like a plant growing?

  • Thanks, this vid is just a video of teh ice sped up in thtough editing. if you were doing a plant you would take photoes at a set amount of time depending on what your making a time lapse of.

  • what editing program did you use?

    Please reply

  • i used Adobe Premier Ellements

    Jared

  • Hello there. I have the FH1 too. I noticed somnetimes the same "flicker like" effect. You mentioned is due to some kind of setting in the camera. Can you be more specific about this? Which setting are you referring to? Thx. Carlo

  • i think when you set the quality setting to the highest on the list it does that.

  • excellent

  • Cheers mate :D

  • 5*******

    Terry !!

  • Thanks Mate Again (X2)

    Jared

  • Clever work

    Like it

    Terry

  • Thanks Mate

    Jared

  • How did u make ??

LOTS of photos or Just a single video ???

  • 25 mins of video :)

  • Cool. Good idea. If you carved a man out of ice and melted it then reversed it to make him melt into a man like Terminator T1000, You'd be a legend!

  • hahahaha, well if i could i would

  • really cool! This was really interesting.Great job

  • Thanks m8

  • Did you use Adobe premiere elements 7?

If you did how did you speed it up, and play backwards?

  • Cool, I waited 1 hour and my ice cube still hasn't melted....

  • hahahaha, that sucks ... mine melted heaps faster cause i had 2 halogen lights shining on it and there REALLY HOTTT so it was like having it under a heater, try using a bar heater or sumthing to get em to melt faster... thanks 4 watching ^_^

  • Thanks for the advice. I don't have halogen lights but I'll leave them outside in the sun.

  • XD my pleasure,

    and that willl help allot
