I was writing a column about how some people can be tone deaf about cultural diversity. There are scant few examples in American popular culture of a decent handling of diversity. Dances with Wolves was unique for how Native Americans were depicted as real, full human beings. This particular scene, in its original version, is one of my favorite scenes of all time. What you did with it is atrocious. I can appreciate off color humor. I do it myself. But this thing that you did is filth.
i love this film. I cried so hard throughout this whole movie for the injustice done to the Native Americans and that is still being done to them, now. Treat them with respect...

I go hunting, I eat bambi. I use as much of the deer as possible. (Though making bone tools out of it is a little beyond my skill level) It (hunting) is a necessary skill to have.
Well to me it's necessary because I don't exactly live near civilization. Well I do...but it's nearly a two hour drive. It's more economical for me to hunt, kill, and dress an animal out here than to go all the way into town and buy a fraction of the amount of meat. Not to mention...there's a group of apple trees on the land next to my family's...and they make the deer taste soo much better.

I go hunting, I eat bambi. I use as much of the deer as possible. (Though making bone tools out of it is a little beyond my skill level) It (hunting) is a necessary skill to have.

Well to me it's necessary because I don't exactly live near civilization. Well I do...but it's nearly a two hour drive. It's more economical for me to hunt, kill, and dress an animal out here than to go all the way into town and buy a fraction of the amount of meat. Not to mention...there's a group of apple trees on the land next to my family's...and they make the deer taste soo much better.

I agree with you there. me and my neighbors agree...if we found people doing that crap out here....well...lets just say someone might go missing for a month before people even started asking questions... And are you aware of how thick the swamp gets just south of the Okeechobee? [evil grin] I doubt anybody would want to search down there for long...

Frankly the only 'Jerk' is the person/s who were so sad enough to take the time, in his/her own interest to take not just a wonderfully 'shot' film; a score to match by a renowned composer as John Barry, but a portrait of an actual event and TWIST into another dimension that is so sickening with your 'Captions'.
If that's where you get your 'thrills' - then you are to be pitied for what you truely are - SICK !!!

Ranchers shoot them all the time. I know a few who will pay you like 20 bucks for every wolf you kill on their land. It's fun to hunt stuff, especially when you're gettin' paid. The meat (or lack there of) sucks though...about all you can use 'em for are skins and teeth. and the 20 bucks ofcourse... (45 cents for a lead core 7.62x54r and 20 bucks for the end result, I love that math lol) I love my commie rifle...
