This is really delicious (and super quick!). I have made other cauliflower dishes in the past but only a handful actually taste pleasant. The vegetable itself is pretty bland, but when spiced appropriately can taste great.

This looks yummy. You're right--cauliflower can be boring. I never thought of that until you mentioned it. It's like weak broccoli. And the color isn't very pretty. It's good for you, though, so it should be included in an American diet.
