Well, the track listing goes in the order the songs play in the movie, and since this track is after Teenage Dream and before It's Getting Boring by the Sea, so my guess is that this song plays sometime after the scene where Scott breaks up with Knives (which was the part where Teenage Dream plays), but before the scene where Ramona sees Knives in the bathroom (which was where It's Getting Boring by the Sea plays, if I remember correctly).
