@in5ths it sounds like it, but if you listen to Thom's solo stuff, he can't put tracks together.

This actually builds, falls, and for the whole time it's not boring.

I feel the band had helped him out with this one.

He said in interviews he just has snippets of songs and the rest of the band helps him fill in the spots.

if this was one of his solo records it just would have been meandering for 7 minutes with nothing going on, instead you've got peaks, valleys, a musical journey of sorts.

@TheTelepathicKid I agree but I dont think thom's solo stuff are boring, I really enjoy listening to "The Eraser". its not as good as a radiohead record, but still very cool.
