NYC just turned down a proposal for a digital camera device to be placed in the traffic agents ( THEY ARE NOT COPS) in their ticket writing machine so photo proof could be put on the summons and prove if someone actually broke the law. BUT mayor bloomberg turned it down because....summonses issued by traffic agents create a large amount of money for the city. Do we still have a constitution?

I think some of these traffic agents deserve be called names big time. They need to be put into their place. I also believe in order to get respect you must earn respect.
