Cavalry should never charge without infantry support. They should have been further back and got more momentum. Also, they need better and longer batons to clear the protesters. Then the foot should have gone in with snatch squads and arrested who ever was left in the way.

We have to stay critical of them, and sometimes it gets to a point where "just doing your job" is no longer a justification, though that is in more extreme cases. It's the same thing for soldiers.
