I dont normally call radio stations and search for a song.However 2 years ago I heard this song and it kept haunting me.I heard it again last year and went on a quest to find the artist and the name. This song is truely haunting,mixed with the southern wail makes it , even more incredible! Fantastic song and she is a fantastic artist!

@Perid0tStar Yes it happened to me. A few similarly interesting things years before and since have convinced me this old world in which we live is something like a haunted house, but haunted in a good kind of way, by a generally friendly and very holy ghost. It is difficult to explain, but there is kind of residue that is left from the experience of such encounters that is uplifting and comforting for the weary. It could be we are sometimes visited by angels too, maybe even right here.

I don't know what it is exactly about this song (maybe just the way she says 'child') but I can't stop listening to it.

I have a friend who makes fun of me for listening to religious songs like this, cause I'm as atheistic as it gets xD

On that note, I'd highly recommend the song "Rain Come Down" by Eastmountainsouth to anyone who likes this one.
