@TheJixxerboy i have a 99 GT with a kenne bell it makes 408 to the wheels , i dont belive with exaust , cams , and headers you would get 390 out of a 99 - 04 mustang . even if that was a GT mustang i think the cobalt ss wins, they are faster than you think. i have smoked the couple that i have raced, but a stock GT will have trouble with them and the 95-98 gt stock will most likely get beat . but i would drive a slow mustang over a glorified chevy cavalier any day.

The V6 mustangs aren't intended to be fast, not even to be raced, that older V6 model has a crappy 12 valve engine, if it were a new one....different story, and a new GT, forget about it.
well the badges in the back said gt and looked legit. i honestly couldnt tell what it was cause i own gt's just like that as well. i have a 2.8 pulley so its hard to figure out what is what anymore where i live.
Its a v-6, u can see the horse on the side panel and not the 4.6 emblem in gold. My gf had same car as this, gt woulda stayed closer. 99-04 GT is more the race to do, some can do the new GTs. I have yet to come across any mustangs, not worth my gas.
Actually that could be a Gt I have an 07 ss/sc stage 2 and I spanked a 97 gt with mods. Im talking I wasnt even half through third and it was 3 car lengths. But that possibly was a v6.
