I attended Libera concert in Ft. Worth. They performed this at the beginning of the concert. I have not studied Latin in 30+ years but at the time, I heard children singing and asking the Blessed Mother to restore life to dead children. It brought tears to my eyes and I'm a pretty hard hearted old man.

theres 2 solo voices - michael horncastle and joe sanders-wilde, they are singing against each other. 1 is singing the melody, the other is singing a harmony line. they have since left libera since this video was shot in 2005

The first part of the lyrics were taken from the book of psalms the 130th if memory serves, and while you are right that domine can also refer to lady in this case it does not, when looking at translations we have to look it the context the word is being used in, in order to get an accurate translation. when it comes to songs of worship mary is refered to as Maria.

The lyrics are the version of Psalm 130, "Psalm 130. Out of the depths I have cried to Thee, O Lord; Lord, hear my voice. Let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplication."

The imagery is from the Book of Ezkiel in which G-d restores the bodies of the dead and brings them to life.

It's a message of great hope.
