First of all, you don't sing when you rap. The rap you hear now have lyrics that are meaningless. Snoop isn't serious in his tracks. All he interpretes are drugs, money, sex. Even if this guy is a newbie as you say, when he gets famous, which is something I hope for him, he'll get more experience about life and will have a mind to rap with deeper lyrics.
