No seasoning on mushrooms and both tenderloins? Well wrapped in bacon is okay to add saltiness to both tenderloins. I personally don't like anything wrapped in bacon, but it looks so good. =D

looks really good. I wish it was easier to get meats like elk, moose & so on but if it was farmed like cattle the quality would be perverted.

Better to wonder about & hope to try(bear is awesome) & respect the wild.
