Cindy Day is a meteorologist with CTV Atlantic, a group of stations serving the Maritime provinces of Canada (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island). If I was to wager a guess, you were probably receiving the CKCW-TV transmitter from Moncton, New Brunswick (channel 2).

Hi
I use a multielement beam at 40 ft.
These transatlantic signals only happen between late May and early August normally.
Put "TVDX" into Wikipedia to find out more.
