I call it the Z-lift (Zombie Lift). It takes great thigh and abs strength. But to help out, when you lay on your back, point your toes out to the side. It helps with balancing when you attempt to get up. I'll look into making a tutorial for the Z-lift someday soon.
Hahaha, I was just kidding about the hula-hooping. But you know, there's some sport I've always wanted to do...But it's become almost obsolete..........
Hahahaha, oh ken, you didn't think i was serious when I said Baton Twirling and when I sent you that video of it on facebook did you??? You should know I'm hardly ever serious :D I'm just messing with ya a little c( ;
I don't know. If you have more time to do this than I do, you could surpass me in no time. I do this only once a week if I'm lucky. Many people younger than me typically have more free time than I do.
Keep enjoying it and enjoy the learning process. Fun is what tricking should be about, not being better than someone else. Have fun and train hard dude. Good luck with it ^_^
What's the big difference between tricking and parkour? (My friend has been trying to explain to me about the differences for some time now but I still don't get it.. ^^;;)
Parkour is the act of getting from point A to point B as efficiently as possible with style. Tricking is the art of moving the body. Tricking has closer roots to dancing and parkour is more like running from the cops. ( ;
Well, the act of parkour often has you trespass, so it is a more "rebelious" activity. Tricking tends to be far more flashy and impressive, though, as these are feats of skill rather than courage (or lack of judgement in my opinion).
I hope im as good as you after one year of tricking. So far ive been doing it for a month and a half and can just about manage a front, butterfly kick and tornado kick, but am working on sides, backs, btwists and 540s.
Heya, Nazzie. Been a while. I can't wait to see your sampler. One piece of advice...try to put some variety in it...as that's the one thing I'm getting flamed for on this sampler. Lol
Amazing getting up after backflip at 0:15 xD Does that move have a name?I tried to find it but no luck :) BTW Awesome moves :D

in 2:26 , what kind of trick is that?
ERIKTHECOP 3 years ago
If it's me in a red shirt, that's a gymnast aerial. If it's in a black shirt and after a weak hook-kick, it's a btwist.
ryukenosuke 3 years ago
i meanet the guy in the black shirt doing that breakdance move,
