In regards to his reason as to why the list shouldn't be made public his reason being "It'd put that information out there for the public" but if there is a filter put in place the public won't be able to see it so the filter itself defeats his excuse.

An important fact Mr. Conroy fails to mention in his interview is that in every state in Australia (with the exception of WA) it is perfectly legal to possess RC material. You just can't sell or distribute it. The law does not prevent someone from importing RC material (a book on euthanasia for example) from overseas for personal use. Having said that, how is accessing information from a site hosted overseas any different? Where is the line drawn? Is it ok, so long as you pay them for it??
