  • What lipstick are you wearing?

  • makeup tutorial on this look please! but i must know now...what lipstick are you wearing??? soooo pretty! xx from kentucky!

  • awwww babs is so cute :)

  • your makeup looks gorgeous in this vid!

  • i totally agree with you about the magically cooling liquid powder, it seemed so cool but it honestly doesn't do anything. i try to use it as a highlight on my cheekbones and down the nose but it barely shows up... such a waste of money! funny thing is i bought an MSF the same time i bought the liquid powder, i do like it for everyday use but for photos i agree it's awful.

  • does the msf natural look shiny under flash from a regular digital camera (not one of those fancy ones for jobs/pros)?

  • I liked the Muk Sea Salt Spray, i find that very volumizing, although, i do have very curly hair...

  • I love your eyes and lips in this video! Would love to know which products you used!!! XX

  • What products(foundation and brush) do u recommend for someone with acne/oily skin???

    =)

  • I agree with you about the Liquid Metals.

Absolutely stunning to look at, but a complete waste of money.

  • I think the word you mean is the fragrance is cloying. Like a steam room fragrance that makes it harder to breathe or feels heavy.

  • "its just rubbish!" haha LOVE it lol

  • Your makeup in this video is beautiful! Maybe you've done this look before, but with the new camera it looks awesome.

  • How about "redkin carbo-bodifier" for volumizer for hair? I have super fine hair, infact Im surprised Im not bald, and this gives me pretty damn good volume and natural texture! It's the only product I use for hair anyway...

  • To say that you look amazing in this video would be a major understatement.

  • Comment removed

  • I love the look you have on in this video!!! Is there a tutorial for that one? Thx!

  • @ samantha455100 I know you asked Tanya, but my sister got married a couple months ago and her makeup artist put Makeup Forever HD foundation on her and her pictures turned out amazing! It looked natural and flawless!

  • Great video! :) please do videos like this more often... so helpful!

  • great lip color!

  • i love flowerbomb but chanel chance smells bad to me. lol. weird huh??

  • i love that lipstick on you!

  • Aveda has good volumizing products (mousses, tonics, hairsprays, etc.) Also, Bare Escentuals has a beautiful lilac/gold eyeshadow called water lily that is pretty true to color on the eyes. It is in powder form, but the color is quite gorgeous. :-)

  • Such a shame about the Strada. One of the best purple/lilacsI've tried is the bourjois (sorry cannot think of the name). Infact Bourjois round eyeshadows are pretty damn good :)

  • You look so glamourous... I LOVE IT!

  • I thought it was just me-- but I totally get dizzy with flowerbomb even with just a light spritz...it's just not for me :(

  • very glam loook, loving it

  • The Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray isn't really intended for volume. It's supposed to give you that beachy texture your hair gets when you swim in the ocean. So if you have naturally wavy hair you spray it on while it's still wet and you can either blow dry or air dry and it gives your hair texture. It is supposed to feel a bit like your hair is dirty.

  • I was wondering if you could recommend a foundation to use for photos. I am going to be in a wedding party and have my picture a lot and I want to buy a foundation that will look good on camera. What would you suggest? Thanks!

  • I regret getting Flowerbomb as well. I got the rollerball and while I love the scent it gives me a horrific headache when I wear it :-(

  • I agree on that Flowerbomb, yuck. And Josie Maran Facial Palettes - just like that Illamasqua one; pretty colors but creasy!

What is the lip color you're wearing? LOVELY!

  • i agree with the flower bomb perfume. i think it's so musky and just reeks!!

  • my mom received a "Flower bomb" once and she's been raving about it ever since. She finished it and can't afford it.

She claims it's really wonderful :-?.

    xoxo . Dianora

  • hey tanya, what lipstick were you wearing on this video?

  • DUSTIT BY OSIS! i love it!! i use that for the upper half of my head, and then osis medium strong wax for lower half and my hair just gets sooo beautiful ! but my hair is a lot shorter than yours, but i have long hair before(btw i know what you mean with it being so nice first and then just flat and greasy. same thing with me but not with osis:)) but when i had long hair i used some pinkcoloured salt water product

  • do more of these videos i love knowing what i shouldn't waste my money on : )

  • You look so gorgeous! And I can't stop staring at that lip color!

  • apparently if you spray salt water on wet hair and let it dry naturally it gives a beach curl effect x

  • OMG I love Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb!! It's amazing!

  • I can't live without my MSF, but then it's my work makeup and fortunately I don't get my photo taken at work :-D

  • whattt...no clinque?

  • I regret buying mac's smolder kohl. It's not that soft, comes off my lid even if I set it with powder, and I won't even talk about the water line...

  • I find that a lot of Bumble n Bumble products make mine and my friends hair rather sticky, its gross

  • Bigsexyhair Blowdry volumizing gel and the Volumizing dry shampoo. I have really fine hair and cant get volume ever till I bought these products. Amazing. I'm a stylist and have access to products and this is the best.

  • your make up is awesome in this video :)

  • lee strafford sea salt spray is amaazing

  • I had bought the Nars strada eyeshadow after seeing you use it in a tutorial...it looked fab on you! But it definitely needs a base under it....

  • its pap when u buy something and dont like it! especially flowerbomb cos its so expensive! i love flowerbomb thoe! its my yummiest fragrence! x

  • what nail polish do you have on?

  • you look gorgeous!

  • The Ojon volumizing animated styling cream is amazing! I have very fine, oily hair so it's always quite flat but I can see a big difference when I use this cream and the effect lasts all day. You only need a very small amount and the tube is huge so it will last you forever. I also find blowdrying my hair upside down while switching between the hot and cold setting helps a lot with volume too.

  • My mineralize skin finish doesnt make me shiny. After watching this i thought id go and check some photos of myself when i know ive been wearing it, and to be honest, i wore it on a hens night recently and out of the 7 girls in the picture i look the least shiny. I guess it reacts differently to different people...? love your videos! so glad your back! xx

  • Can you do another tutorial using Mac Viva Glam Gaga? I'm desperate to wear it out but just cant find a look that suits!

  • @chaseourlove she did already! i can't give you a link for some reason but just type in pixi2woo viva glam gaga on youtube

  • Great video Tanya! You are the best!

  • I think your flowerbomb might be bad, i say try it again when you can try a new one and see if there is a difference. if you still don't like it, then flowerbomb isn't for you.

  • The Tresemme volume shampoo and conditioner are pretty good. x

  • Ahhhh i now understand why in some photos i look so shiny its the mineralize skinfinsh!! I still love it tho, after like 4 years of use :) xx

  • oh its a cheapy version but if you guys have wet n wild products in the UK the strada by nars they have a dupe (looked to see what its called but my label i peeled off) but its i have heard from some top gurus on here its just like strada. It works good for me anyways. Dont know if you got my last comment but love this vid, i wanna know what yur wearing in this vid or a tutorial for it IF you have time. Glad u had a good trip. Love your style n love that jewelry site too. buying stuff for sure.

  • Are they fake eyelashes you're wearing i love them!!

If they are fake ones.. where did you get them from :D

  • love this vid and i must say your makeup looks wonderful in this vid (not that it doesnt always) your lovely but please tell about what your wearing here or a tutorial if you have time? Glad your back I just love your british accent and your wording on things haha, ok do some vids because im into natural colors now like even smokey eyes and you seem to use vibrancy in looks yet they look great and not too loud. Tuts please glad u had good time on trip. Take care girl.

  • can you do a bare minderals or some kind of mineral makeup tutorial?±±?±

  • I was really disappointed with Bumble and Bumble too! It didn't turn out at all what I expected. Absolutely love Redken Aerate 08 for big volume at my roots, definitely recommend it! X

  • hi i love you a lot, but it kills me that you say "volumous"! it's actually "voluminous". please don't think i don't adore you, because i do! can't wait for your next tutorial!

  • The Bumble and Bumble Thickening Spray works really well for me. I have really fine hair and the volume lasts all day, plus it smells really nice.

  • Cant you just use the liquid metals in your pro kit?

  • the no5 volumising spritz is a good volumising spray! :)

  • aww man I would love to get my hands on that liquid powder from MAC..missed out on it when it first came out and now I am loving the powders like that, great for dry skin.

  • gorgeous lip colour!

  • Your coat looks stunning. Even though can only see the top of it! Where is it from? :)

Really enjoy your videos. Got Amber Diamond today! Christine, Belfast.

  • @christinemaybe

I don't know where Tanyas coat is from, but i have i similar one which is by Zara.

  • I love flowerbomb,,, I think its like Marmite, you either Love it or Hate it,,xo

  • I totally agree with u on the illamasqua liquid metal pallete, i had been longing it for sooo long but when i finally got it this xmas, i have the same problems: they dont last long and greasy even with UDPP, and the colour its not as good on the eyes as when you swatch them! so disappointed :(

  • I LOVE mineralize skinfinishes... just LOOOOOVE them! I have to disagree with you on that ;)

  • @statoquantico84 same i love them too!! :)

  • loreal HIP has amazing eyeliners

  • very informative and not biased at all. good work Tanya. THANK U!

  • I wear flowerbomb at night. Some fagrances are just not an all day scent. I've gotten so many compliments by men on how much they love it. Everyone wears perfume differently. It depends on your own body scent.

  • Hair is my expertise! My step mom's a hair dresser, I've been around it my whole life. There's a few volumizing products I can suggest: I LOVE L'oreal Studio Amped Up Mega Mousse-it's inexpensive and works better than most expensive products(and I've literally tried them all). Also, Fekkai Full Volume Mousse is great. After you wash your hair, put it in a ponytail and sleep with it like that. You'll have full voluminous hair in the morning! xx

  • I'm go glad I'm not the only one who has trouble with the Illamasqua liquid metals! I got one as a gift from my cousin because I raved about em. Since I don't like to throw away gifts what I do is I have the silver one, I put on u.d. primer potion and then the liquid metal and what I like to do is put crystal avalanche all over it and it makes it look very sparkly. I only wear this to like parties or holiday functions.

  • I am always dissapointet with every loreal produkt ... its soo expensive and does nothing great or special like every other drugstore brand. and since I know that they test on animal, I will never buy anything from that brand again.

  • You should try the L'Oreal Contour Khol's, I've found they're quite good at staying on, especially the waterline. Hope this helps! xx

  • i have the same in black and white so nice love the huge hood!!!v x

  • I actually kind of love these "don't like" videos...keep 'em coming :)

  • I completely disagree, I liked the MAC cartoon packaging! I thougth it was fun and the colours were nice!

  • Hey Tanya! If you are looking for a purply eyeshadow with gold shimmer that is better than Nars Strada, have you looked at Smashbox Spellbound?

  • Hey Tanya! If you're looking for a purpley eyeshadow with gold shimmer that is better than Strada, have you looked at Smashbox Spellbound eyeshadow?

  • What lipstick are you wearing? Looks amazing xx

  • use tigi your highness catwalk shampoo and conditioner they work wonder and give you VOLUMEy hair and since using it my limp hair is now very stronger than what it used to be! I definitely recommend it for volume

  • I prefer the eau de toilette over the perfume when it comes to flowerbomb. The eau de toilette is much fresher and not so sickening sweet. But it still lasts very long on my skin and really is intensive enough.

I love the eau de toilette. but i could never use the perfume..

  • ITA on Flowerbomb.Just did not like it at all.You look breathtaking today and just like a movie star from the days when they were really glamerous.

  • Love ur videos. plz change ur background <3

  • You should do a "Products I'm Glad I bought"

  • Love your honest & your makeup - tutorial please? Where is your outer coat from & what lipstick are you wearing :)

  • haha i always wondered why my nose and forehead looks soo greasy looking in photos when in person it looks matte! boo msfs!

  • I loveeeeeee Flowerbomb, everyone has different tastes I guess ha! Great video, you've probably saved me a lot of money as you mentioned some things I was going to buy, thanks and I'm so glad you're back :) x

  • Great video - you look so beautiful in this video :) x

  • Hey Tanya! I have a dilemma! I purchased a cream color base on shell from MAC and it's so glittery! I don't want to stop using it but the glitter falls all over my face. Do you have a tip to minimize the fallout or make it look less glittery? Thanks

  • try redken guts. its a foam product that is amazing for volume

  • where is your nail polish from? Love it :)

  • "Guts" spray mousse from Redken is great for volume. also try "wax blast" by Redken as a styling product. it sprays like a hair spray but is a wax. also smells wonderful!

  • Oooh I <3 flowerbomb xx

  • Hey Tanya I love your videos but as I don't speak english very well I cannot understand every product you mention could you please write them ? (btw so happy to see you in hq)

  • thanks for the reply! you're so beautiful!!! btw it is your natural hair colour?

  • @kc9288 Yes it's my natural hair colour xxx

  • How about the liquid metals products in the inner corner of the eye as a highlight? That would be quite pretty me thinks =) x

  • @twinkle767 Great tip! x

  • thanks for this video! these are great, now we won't get pulled in!

  • Hey thx for a great video!! Im a MUA from Sweden and I think that you really would like that loreal eyeliner in black. I think it must have been that color that was no good. The black one stays all day and have a great pigment to it. Welcome back btw :) // Anna

  • I love your lipstick! :)

  • For big hair try the Umberto Giannini 'rock and roll' range. It holds amazingly well and I haven't found a product that keeps volume quite like that. The moose in particular is very very good x x x

  • I have a hair mousse that works REALLY good for volume. I actually got it because my mum didn't want it. It's from Nevea in the beautiful age collection and also has some heat protectant in it. So I shower, put it in my whole hair, first blow dry it until its not really dripping wet and pretty much dry on the ends and then blow dry it with my head down if you know what I mean... And afterwords I would have the most volumous hair and if it would get flat just ind of push it up again..

  • If you could only pick one foundation to use for 6 months (trying to be realistic), which one would it be?

  • @travlyn820 Probably Nars sheer glow or Estee Lauder Double wear x

  • the only way I found I can work the liquid metals is by applying it with my finger over a smoky look I apply it on the middle of my lower lid sometimes closer to the inner corner it doesn't crease if I had applied it over a powdery eyeshadow. I've had the color last on my eyes for 5-6 hours max

  • is it the mac MSF natural or just the MSF?

  • Tanya , have you tried Gap's fragrance called Heaven ,something nice about it !!!

i can't get it anymore where i live . if anyone knows a uk sites that carry it please inform me :))))

  • Yeah, I've always been intrigued by the Illamasqua Liquid Metals and have wondered if they crease. I did ask the MA in Selfridges and she said " No they don't crease at all." Well now I have my answer, so I've saved myself a few pounds. Thank You!

  • you look so pretty:) what did u use as a highlight in this video?

  • this perfume gives me headache,, i don't like these type of scents

actually some of these strong perfumes turn to be horrible with some peoples body chemistry, makes you feel like throwing up :s

  • Since you got the HD camera....I love the flower wall paper behind you!

Thank you for making your videos Tanya, I really enjoy them : )

  • you look so glamourous and gorgeous here!

  • I am so disappointed in the liquid powder, too :( And I spent so much money on it (33 Euros!!) I hope I can still sell it on ebay. I used it twice and it always crumbled on my skin. very very disappointing product..and I heard they come out with it again in May.

  • i have really dry skin could u reccomend a nice highlighter which looks dewy on the skin and doesnt dry out ur skin .....i have used the illimasqua cream blush and it doesnt stay on

  • I love your lips! haha

  • I have to disagree about the villains collection. I have the beauty powder in 'oh so fair' and carbon eyeshadow, and I love the packaging! Although I'm only 20 so I guess my personal taste is a bit younger but they're great products! I wear oh so fair everyday, its amazing

  • Hi Tanya was wondering if at some point you would ba able to put up a video about your traveling as im heading away next january for 12 weeks and would love to do what you did. If you could include your tips and where you staid and what to see that would be amazing. Thansks Katie

  • I have the Victor&rolf flowerbomb, but as a eau de toilet. I find it a bit lighter. :)

  • the bumble and bumble spray works amazing on my sisters dry course massive hair but on me i have to use veryyy sparingly and only on my ends !! i just let my hair dry naturally then use it on my ends and thats it cus i know what you mean greasy! I really enjoyed the TIGI love peace and planet spray this summer but not for volumising =[

  • I love Flowerbomb because of the packaging, but the perfume was soooo strong. :(

  • Chi volume booster is amazing! I have really long hair, and its really heavy so I cant do anything with it, it just looks horrible and flat. The only things that works for me is the volume booster! I really recommend it :)

  • oh i wish i had flower bomb and hate it!!! thats the perfume i adore and cant have coz its expensive,oh well,i will defo buy it in the future:) xxx

  • Did someone told you that you look like Cheryl Cole?

  • I've heard quite alot of bad things about the first MAC powder you showed. It sounded like it was going to be such a cool product :(

  • This is a great idea. All the time we hear "Buy this! Buy this! Buy this!" but this is really helpful showing what we shouldn't waste our money on.

  • can you do a tutorial of this make up pls?!!!!

  • @kc9288 I have it is the previous video x

  • How ya doin Cheryl Cole:)

  • That sweet dog is camera shy.

  • re: the l'oreal lipstick. the teardrop in the middle is supposed to be a moisturizer, not a separate lip color (i think). still a gimmick, just a different one :P and not a very good one if it dried out your lips.

  • Oh my goodness....love your doggie :) What a sweetheart!!!

  • loooooooooove your makeup

  • Thanks for being honest and helping us not waste money. We are all suckers for gimmicky products.

  • Love yur coat, is it Zara? xx

  • @hollyYMBB yes it's Zara xx

  • Thank you for this video. I know you used the Nars eyeshadow in another video, is there a better eyeshadow you'd recommend?

  • Are you doing a video for this look? It's gorgeous x

  • try dry shampoo for volume. baptiste is a good cheap one. hth :)

  • ow ))) yr English )))amazing )))

  • The color of the video looks so much better! did you adjust something? Love your videos and your personality! xoxo

  • same thing happened to me with Flowerbomb!

  • I just got myself a real disappointment in a Nars blush in "Nico"- I bought it partly because I heard so many people say how great it was (hype!), and because I wanted a very subtle highlighter for my cheeks. I do not understand this product! I can't for the life of me even see it on my skin, it's not shimmery, it's not pink, it's like I dropped $26 on a box of air. Do you have this? If so could you help me figure this stuff out? Am I using it wrong? What the heck is it good for?

  • Which powder do you think is the best for dry skin?

  • Awning! I love flowerbomb, however it smells different on different people, i dont think it's heavy at all either.

  • I have really dry/ matt skin, so do you think I could use the MAC MSF?

  • is that a scottie?? i have one too!!..

  • Hey Tanya! I totally hear you on the search for a decent volumising product, I use a combination of Toni&Guy label m. sea salt spray to create a little general volume/texture when I blow dry my hair and sometimes just spritz a bit in for good measure, and then the label m. dry shampoo at the roots on in between days that my hair needs a bit of a volume boost. I find that they both still let my hair look natural and most importantly don't make it go all limp and greasy mid-way through the day! xx

  • luv ur eyeshadow what is it

  • i was thinking, if you don't like those products, mabe i can perchase them from you :)

  • i cant do some perfumes bc of my allergies so i know how u feel

  • oh god!! for how many times i viewed your video, still i cant focus on what you are saying, your so beautiful to me that i cant concentrate but to stare and stare and stare to you.

  • you look stunning in this video!

    hope your trip was good

    i am a sucker for gimmicks:( x

  • thanks soo much for doing this xxx

  • the lakme kstyle volumising spray is pretty good.. and i am asian and asian hairs!! it has a staying power of 3 on 5.. it stays up to the next day as well.. you may try that.

  • love your make up here

  • try mixing flower bomb with a very fresh perfume.. like 5 spritzes of a fresh perfume and 1 spritz of flower bomb.. it'll give it a different smell while still being very fresh x

  • The Umberto Giannini Incredible Body Shapely Body Mousse works really well for me and it isn't even that pricey. You should try it! (:

Oh and yes, I bought the Flowerbomb as well and dislike it so much. My fault for believing the hype and not even bothering to test it.. If anyone wishes to buy it from me, I'd gladly sell it. xx

  • hey.. for messy hair look, try to put some water and salt in a sprayer and dry your hair after that... i have kinda wavy hair and it looks great :)

  • totally agree on the flowerbomb, it's sooo strong and like a heavy cloud on you when you use it!

  • I'm using the Syoss volume lift shampoo, and it's been really good at volumizing my hair. hope you can find it in the uk

  • schwarzkopf's thicker fuller hair is amazing...

pair it up with its shampoo and conditioner and it gives amazing resultsssssss:)

  • Thank you for videos like this they are a really eye opener and saves us from wasting our money on gimmicks!

Although not sure it's fair to call a perfume disappointing as this is a personal choice and they all smell different on different skins etc

Hope you do more videos like this, I'm like you and are drawn into buying new things and it's soo disappointing when they don't live up to expectations!

    Love your tutorials :-) xXx
