The notes are rushed and a mess stylistically. While FotB is a fast piece with many notes, it is still relatively smooth. Compare Tommy Pederson's playing (he should be in the sidebar recommendations). Notice how his playing, while maintaining the frantic nature of the piece, is very unified and glides together. Takaoka has nice tonguing skills, but in all honesty I think he's overtonguing and squeaks a lot.
