  • he probably gained weight so he can be on the biggest loser again -_-

  • and this is why americans have the biggest obesity ratings in the world!

    fatty mc fat fat

  • This guy is a true loser. Hang your head in shame, dude.

  • If you struggle to keep the weight, then just weigh yourself once a week and make some adjustments if you´re gaining.

I usually eat 1 egg + 35-50 g of oat meal for breakfast + 1 cup of tea, and despite the low number of calories I don't feel hungry until lunch. Oat meal contains slow carbs and is rich in nutrients like iron, zink, B-vitamins. It is also a fairly good source of protein (which keep you full).

Eggs are excellent during weight loss: packed with nutrients that helps burn fat.

  • i like this show allot, its because of the show i decided to lose weight

  • thats gonna mean alot more stretch marks

  • The hardest thing in the world for a person to do ISN'T to lose weight; it's to KEEP the weight off! But I truly hate this show. It was created by two skinny guys, who will never know what it's like to be fat, go through the struggle of losing weight AND fight the inner demons that keep big people eating. To me, it's just an excuse to put fat people on display like animals for thin ones to laugh at. I'm fat and I'm proud; fuck this show!

  • @TheFJBChannel Well it's all about changing some habits for life. Avoid excessive amounts of sugar that provide zero nutrients is one good tip. Eating 1-2 slices of cheese is 100 times better than eating a cookie or something. Cheese is fatty and stabilizes blood sugar levels.

Just doing some cardiotraining every day (running/skiing) will most certainly prevent any weight gain if you eat properly.

  • @LimesNorrlandicus Well, I don't see very many 400 pound runners or skiers, and not everybody is the same, so the same regimen of excercise and weight loss won't work for everyone. A person MUST see their doctor before they begin any kind of excercise or diet, but my point wasn't about that anyway. My point was about that particular TV show, and how they objectify the morbidly obese; which does much more harm than good; especially to children who are obese and already have esteem issues.

  • fucking lazy cant get rid of the lazyness

  • Woah. This dude went from a blob to a fitman to a blob again. Shit

  • this asshole has my name...

  • Poor guy :(

  • ur a dumb fucking idiot

  • now this is literally the biggest loser

  • I feel soo bad for him :( I've been through the same thing...

  • @TheMamadeira aherher

  • Its a total lifestyle change that he needs to have and its also dealing with the mental issues that caused him to gain weight in the 1st place.

The biggest loser program doesn't seem to deal with the reasons behind the weight gain for most contestants which isn't good for long term weight management.

  • All bullshit. I am a food addict and SO IS HE!!!!

  • He looks sooooooo much better when he's fit, quit saying morbidly obese is attractive :S?

  • Mental issues man :c

  • But then if you know that you are naturally going to be "big" you should cut your fats from your food because you KNOW that your body will not metabolize them as good as other poeple do. There is no excuse. They just went back to their usual life and kept eating the same thing, and all that hard work was for nothing. If all this worked for him, and he really wanted to remain that way, then he would have continued. He just gave up.

When my jeans feel tight, I change food habits, not clothing!

  • @SomeoneCommenting But it feels so good to just sit back and pig out in front of the TV all day. Especially if he was from a cold climate and it was winter. Some people are just addicted to food. It is really hard for a person to eat tofu and apples when they are watching Man vs. Food and that lucky bastard is eating 6 pound steaks and hamburgers every day.

  • He had one chance and shouldn't be given another. He needs counselling

  • Holy crap.....

  • he looks hotter with weight on

  • He gained back more than I weigh!

  • Who gives a shit? A lot of people are just naturally bigger.

  • @SniperOnTheDot No, a lot of people are fat because their parents taught them to overfeed themselves and to not move/exercise enough. (so it runs in the family, but isn't genetic).

"Naturally bigger" people are overweight because they haven't chosen to be a healthy weight.

  • @fvschie Um, yes. A lot of people are naturally bigger. Fact. Couldn't give a shit about other fat people. So mind your own business if you will.

  • @SniperOnTheDot "Naturally bigger" is an American thing. Yes there are variances, which is why we look at fat percentage ranges; you're not "naturally bigger" with 25% or more body fat, you're just overweight/fat.

There's no judgement in that by the way, just statement of fact.

  • @fvschie Wrong, this is not fact. I've studied everything that comes contact with being fat and I know some people are naturally fat and need to work a lot harder than other people to lose weight and thus why a lot of people are fat. Not everyone, no. Majority of people are fat because they over eat and don't exercise enough, but people's body's are designed to be bigger than others and have a lower metabolism in accordance of having a bigger body.

  • People that gain all that weight back (from the show) makes me think this: As soon as some of them gain some fame, challenge prices and maybe the final prize and gain all that weight back its because those incentives are gone and the motivation too. I know most of these people have issues with food and etc but they don't realize its a live or die situation. A lot of them wait for somebody in the family dies from a condition that can be avoided by staying healty to do something about it.

  • i don't understand how people get that fat. Why not at 10 or 20lbs? Why let it go so far an become so unmanageable?

  • A calorie is not a calorie. Once you put on weight your body will literally FIGHT you to put it back on. It is close to impossible not to put some or all of it on again living a hectic life no matter how careful you try to be. So people calling all fat people lazy or pathetically weak-willed overeaters, you literally have no idea what the fuck your talking about. The scientific studies done on twins show everything I just said.

  • @TheRevolutionYeah It is very hard to lose and keep it off but I have a very hectic schedule but have managed to lose and keep at least the weight I lost off. Its not impossible. I work full time, go to school at night, sing for a band, and participate in volunteer activities but I find time and make it my mission not to go back. So far I've lost 40 pounds and want to lose more. It takes a lot of will and hard work

  • I am floored by the evil comments on Youtube. You hope this man dies? Seriously? What the hell are you so angry about and lashing out at this man with an ADDICTION? Just like drugs and alcohol, SEX and porn, and gambling. At least he was brave enough to face his issues and in front of the whole world! You sit behind your computer monitors in the secrecy of the dark with your ugly hearts judging when you will one day be judged yourselves. What is your struggle?? We all have them.

  • @saltandlight11 The people are making comments to get a rise out of people like you & I.

  • @saltandlight11 well said..

  • "Alright, here's the deal. You know all that weight you lost? Gain it back and we'll give you your own reality t.v show." whore

  • What a disgrace...

  • if you can get a taste of being fit feels you should never go back to being fat.

  • what a waste of bob n jillians time

  • i could never be able to lose myself again and gain all that weight back !.... and i havent... for 3 years :)

  • What these people that come on the show fail to understand is that these methods of workout are meant to be done even AFTER the show they are teaching them, they need to be adults and quit waiting for trainers to hold there hand and walk them through it.

  • @ALastExile exercise 8 hours a day and carefully timed, low cal meals. Removed from all responsibilities and forced to focus on one thing, weight loss.

Show ends and they are dumped back into their old lives, with families that cannot adjust to the needs/support of the contestant. When those cravings come, no trainer shouting at them to put the food down and exercise.

Understandable that some will slip back to their old ways. Remember, most people do. Issues for the weight are not addressed.

  • i think that 368 looks great on you, eric.

  • Who cares if this guy loses the weight he already lost and eat back twice , all i hear is a GIANT baby crying .....

  • Easy come, easy go.

  • fat loser, no disipline what so ever. Deserves to die.

  • @cmackerz death because he gained weitht??? harsh.

  • @cmackerz wtf? he deserves to die? why because he bothers you sooo much? fucking idiot.

  • @cmackerz you do know that more than 60% of americans are obese? so shut the f*** up

  • @joeyhealer doesnt mean people have to like it or make shows about it .... LOSE THE WEIGHT

  • @MrRKglass shut up

  • @cmackerz that was fucked up. he does not deserve to die. you're an asshole for saying she like that. fuck that.

  • @millerlight789 Hes's idiot because he lack of discipline and self control, that's why he's idiot.

  • MAN V CAKE ..... CAKE ALWAYS WINS IN THE END

  • @millerlight789 poor self control is a disease?

  • @millerlight789 no, he is a IDIOT, when he lost so much weight and still able to gain ALL of it back, that's idiotic. I dont care what else you say but what what a IDIOT!!

  • idiot

  • It does happen and he can lose the weight again if he wanted to. He has to set his mind to it.

  • Don't judge him. He lost for the show. He had that goal, met it, and now he lost his goal. It happens to us all. We all struggle.

  • well, you look better as a big box!

  • this must be the worst nightmare ever, if i ever gained weight al my weight again i would seriously kill myself

  • Some of you people are just disgusting in your words. He did understand it was a LIFESTYLE change and gained it back but wishing him death and stuff is disgusting. and it's not easy keeping weight off for some people. Besides 60% of Americans are overweight so some of you posting are fat asses yourselves so deal with your own problems and STFU.

  • @mondezdurden LOL, I loveeeeeee your post. I can not believe how shallow and judgemental so many of the posters are. It s called FOOD ADDICTION and I KNOW because I belong to the same club. In so many ways KEEPING it off is the hardest part. I lost and so far keep 65 pds off for three years. . And it s a royal battle sometimes. NO ONE deserves to die, not even all the shallow judgemantal posters.

  • Lose weight is about improving habit that will make it permanent

  • what a douche, if i got back to what obese weight i came from. I'd rather go DIE.

  • That just proves eating right and losing weight is a lifestyle.

  • Fuck this guy, I hope he dies of heart disease.

  • @Nick4484 Really? Jesus, you people are disgusting.

  • iam so engry with him

  • dumb ass :/

  • simply you are a loser. a big one. dame man I was looking up to you.

  • So this guy was fat, went on the biggest loser and won by losing all of his weight. He then gained all of his weight back, went on the biggest loser for a second time and lose it all again... WTF? Talk about history repeating itself. Surely somebody who experienced the biggest loser FIRST HAND knows how to lose weight and the rewards...

  • fatcrybaby

  • Nobody cares about a fat fag doing it again.

  • ohh my

  • Biggest Loser winner?

    More like Biggest Loser loser.

  • he is a game player JUST LIKE VICKY. I hope she gains a million pounds.

  • Apparently he's managed to lose most of this weight again, so hey...

  • Lets hope this guy didn't put the weight back on JUST so he could get on another show...that would be sick!

  • he is in offseason lol

  • These type of people are gluttons/

    Greedy- plain and simple.

  • It is hard to keep the same weight !!! I understand him .. the same thing happened to me .. when i lost weight and i gained it all back when i started eating real food again !!! ...

  • @angydbest

So vegetables, fruit ,fish etc arent real food? Hot Dogs and Pizzas and Greasy steaks are real food? Because if you watch what you eat you won't get FAT except that 1% of people with a slow metabolism that ACTUALLY have a phisical problem. Stop confusing real food with tasty food.

  • stupid fat thatscall i got to say fat stupid fuck -__-

  • waw! wasted months in a camp for nothing! what a shame

  • he is THE biggest loser! That's pathetic! I mean seriously!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome this guy is incredible!!!! this takes as much mental strength as physical!! YES I CAN!! im 138lbs n ive been training for an IM for the past year.... im gonna conquer this! i will be an IRONMAN!!! this video made me think about a movie I saw last week, “Discover the Gift”. it talks about being true to yourself and do whatever you do best giving 100% all the time. I loved it! u should check it out!! facebook.

  • Fuckin Quitters..

  • a waste of time i mean they went there to learn how eat and be fit omg sucha waste

  • @granjafatima96 I understand that, but when they're so restricted there, then come home to a job and kids, there is no possible way to work out 8 hours a day.

  • what a damn waste

  • Well obviously. Loosing as much as they do too quickly isnt healthy.

Obviously no one could stay training 24-7 for the rest of their lives.

  • @PiratesAndCowboys That's not really the case. You can just even work out twice or once a week and keep the weight off. they needed to loose weight desperately. So they kicked they're asses because they all were at risk of dying. I am extremely disappointed in this guy. Should of kept the damn weight off.

  • @PiratesAndCowboys I agree, while being so restricted there, then coming home to a job and a family, there is no possible way to work out 8 hours a days, so they gain the weight back.

  • @KalonKara

They don't need to work 8 hours a day because they don't need to lose weight. All they need to do is eat moderately and exercise whenever they can on a regular basis and they'll be fine. The thing is, the mental problems they have that led to them being obese remain there and they just can't keep away from food! NOBODY goes from 190 to 360Lbs just eating a regular breakfast, lunch and dinner unless that person is eating buckets of fat!

  • stupid dumbass

  • @n00bisMe1

wow what a WICKED and mean comment......youll be judged by GOD....deny it all u want, but u WILL

  • He got scared seeing his penis

  • @RickDiggityTick he must have a much bigger dick than you to get to scared, huh?

  • @mondezdurden You felt obliged to defend a idiot who had the opportunity to lose the weight but, decided to eat himself to a early grave. Yea its a stupid comment. But hes a stupid person. You heard him; the most LOST. Also never mention me in the comment just him seeing his thumbtack.

  • @RickDiggityTick Weight loss at that level BEGS for him to gain it right back cause he never lost it for the right reasons. I'm saying, sending out evil only gets you fucked in the end. Calling him stupid only gets you called stupid in the end. we all are so tough behind these computers that we lose all semblance of humanity. sad. I'm sorry if i was rude. I hope you well.

  • 'I found out that I had put on a lot of weight' err.... did you need scales to tell you? They seriously gave you another chance? What a bloody waste. Give it to someone serious.

  • watch extrememakeover with chris powell on ABC he actually helps the people instead of discouraging them by yelling at them and constantly implying how horrible they are

  • what's the point of this? his like bla bla... i was fat then i got the chance i lost fat and now i'm fat again...

and? what is it for? is he warning us? of what? of getting fit? i totally don't get it...

  • WTF!. You would think that you would have wanted to stay that way once you lost all of that weight. I know once I get my weight off that I am staying there.

  • @folkrockman that's easy to say though

  • @Tyrox1992 Not really. Just keep remembering, there is no need for fat foods, it REALLY is as simple as saying no.

  • @FRr3AkOnALEaSh and u are prolly skinny as fuck ;)

  • @Tyrox1992 Nope, actually quite the opposite. I started a fitness routine about 2 months ago and have lost nearly half of what i use to gain, and most of your weight loss will simply be from cutting down shitty junk food. I got to the point where i resisted myself from eating ANY junk food at all, even greasy fast food. Just have your goal in mind and keep resisting and pushing, It gets MUCH easier as it goes along.

  • @FRr3AkOnALEaSh no offence but 2 months is not much, the hard part is not to drop the weight, but to keep it down when u have achieved your "goal".

  • @Tyrox1992 Just continue the process you've been doing. Don't feel that you can relax/stop the process just because you've achieved your goal just keep going, routine.

  • @folkrockman it's easier to talk than to have it happen. I've gone up and down in pounds for years and if you are overweight now you are VERY likely to be overweight again some time in your life even if you lose weight healthily and work hard to keep it off. I hope you the best and hope you can get it off and keep it off but don't look down on others who can't. We all struggle with this and no two people are alike. good luck though, I really hope you achieve and keep your goal weight.

  • @folkrockman Easier said than done

  • WOW

    HOLY...

  • Why this happens Please type in JILLIAN MICHAELS THE TRUTH

  • @TheRobMargolin why do believe everything you read? these reports are based on someones opinion not a fact. And you obviously havnt ever owned any of her DVDs, you can see there she knows what she's talking about, no one normal has that stamina.

  • he seems like quite a mentally sound person, he seems normal and pretty secure in himself, but it's all lies, it's all an act. For someone to put on that much weight once, then lose it all and then put it all on again shows he has a deep rooted insecurity and he finds comfort in food. He shouldn't be allowed to be back on the biggest loser, he should check himself in to a psychiatrist.

  • PLEASE GO TO JILLIAN MICHAELS THE TRUTH this video may save your life please check it out....thank you

  • It's all for the show, so he can go back on it and lose weight AGAIN, making the show more popular and enabling him to be back on it.

  • Hi there! I'm looking for people to stop by and show me some support as I go on a journey to lose 300 lbs!! Any and all advice appreciated!!:)

  • sad.

  • Well thats unfortunate, but understandable WHen someone that big gets all that weight off its like the battle is over and some dont realize their new weight has to be managed.. i amtrying to lose weight and I always said if i lost the weight and got to my goal I would allow myself only a 20 lbs weightgain before i shift into weightloss mode. again its a lil weird he let 100 lbs creep up on him that fast again without catching it but im not one to judge..i hope he loses it again

  • Thats what happens when u do the Minnessota stavation experiment on u!! Check out the video by Zoe Harcombe and Stop Eating Less! Gotta Eat Better!!

  • Erik I am so dissapointed in you >:(

  • i don't know what to say but you know what Erik?

you inspired me when i first time saw the biggest looser season 3

you worked so hard at that time....

and you know? you look hot and sexy when you were slim so please lose it again your weight

  • dude... after all you went through... was the food really worth it? cos this is just sad...

  • Seriously, those who are overweight are actually beautiful people, they just need to take action in order to lose the weight. Of course this will require some work but hey nothing in this world comes easy right? Just do it! So everyone who is watching this just take some action and go for it!

  • I'm just undering why he wants to lose the weight again if he'll be in the same position again and again

  • its bob contestant

  • Enjoy living, eat healthy, do exercise and just DON'T starve yourself. *TheAngelRussie* - you're sounding like an anorexic - you're pathetic.

  • Stupid fatso!

  • So much fat hate here ...you guys should get better things to do than putting a person down. Sheesh, if anyone's the losers it's all of you bitchy no-brained cruel idiots.

  • This motherfucker did not deserve being a winner. Just because you win, doesn't mean you stop being healthy. He just gave up and gained another fucken 175 pounds. what a waste. Fucken Fat fuck.

  • I wonder what Jillian would do to him....This is so upsetting.. I don't believe he even tried. GET UP AND WORK OUT!!!!!

  • Tu dois manger ,, ce que tu dépense en calorie !!! Sinon ton corps cherche a refaire sa réserve de graisse !!!!

You must eat ,, your daily consommation [day by day] !! If not your body search to stock grease ,, for the next period of regim !

  • OMG

  • Ah, such a disappointment =/

  • Ppl! It's SO easy!!! #1 Don't eat a lot. You can eat junk food, etc., just don't eat a lot! #2 Excercise! Work your butt off! Day & nite! That pays off, I assure you. Hurt is bad, but hurt is good))))))))

  • @TheAngelRussie lol you don t know what the fuck you are talking about, most of the fat ppl loosing weight don t even eat less that they used too they just eat what they should eat,don t come here saying random bulshitt that can be very bad advice for people trying to lose weight -.-

  • @barbosa973 I know exactly what the fuck I am talking about! Unlike you. LOL You're another ugly fat American, desperate to lose weight without changing your eating habits or excercising? Ha-ha! Nice try! Eating less is an EXCELLENT piece of advice, whether you personally like it or not. You eat to live, and not live to eat!

And btw, learn to spell. lol

  • @TheAngelRussie looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool i m not fluent in writing english, and i am in the kind of shape everybody desires and you can be shure that i know at least 100 times more that a guy that says we should eat fast food waht a fucking idiot

  • @barbosa973 No, you're not fluent in English, that's a fact. Therefore, the brilliant ideas that you tried to convey in your comment were completely lost on me, as they would've been on anyone else. lol In plain English, your comment makes no sense))) And FYI, I'm not a "guy," I'm a girl, moron!

  • @TheAngelRussie I must agree with the other guy, the information you are giving out is wrong. Face a simple fact and that is "NO junk food" and if you do, make it once a month but ideally not at all.

  • @blade004 Face a simple fact: I am 170cm & 52kg, and I eat junk food much more often than once a month. My secret? I don't eat all the time, only when I'm really hungry. I don't mind going without food for considerable periods of time, if necessary. I exercise my ass off. And I don't live to eat, I EAT TO LIVE. lol

  • @TheAngelRussie How much you junk food you can eat is dependent on age before gaining fat for many that have a fast metabolism. Me for example, when i was 20 i could eat 20 pieces of KFC chicken and nothing would change and that lasted up until about age 32 when my metabolism started to change but i was also VERY active as a child and in my teens (despite computing quite a lot in the 80's and early 90's.

  • @TheAngelRussie Being active when you are young plays a big role in keeping the weight of as you age. And this "secret" of yours will not serve you long term because "not eating" puts your body into survival mode, which essentially means that when you starve yourself or don't eat enough each day your body says to itself "ok, we have a problem here so i am going to get BETTER at storing fat so in the future i can pull on that fat reserves to survive".

  • @blade00 So true. & u explained it all smartly! My aunt was so so slim when she was younger, today, i can't help but marvel @ hw big she is. I always thought the most she cld weigh evn in pregnancy would be 135 ibs cos she barely eats! She's just neva hungry. Needless to say, i was totally off-track on that one. I've always been into biology, & your explanation definitely makes sense.

  • @TheAngelRussie The less you eat now will make it very hard to get rid of the fat later. It's "what" you eat, not how much you eat. It is true that people have different results to different things dietary wise but don't go under the false assumption that the way you are doing things is a good plan.

  • @blade004 "The less you eat now will make it very hard to get rid of the fat later." - Are you sure that's what you meant??? Since it makes no sense at all. xD And what fat are you talking about, anyway? I look like a model. lol And yes, it's HOW MUCH you eat! Your food may be super-healthy, but if you pig out regularly, that's not gonna help.

  • @TheAngelRussie Yes of course it makes no sense to "you" because you weren't blessed with enough brain cells to understand how the human body works. The most important thing to you is to study yourself in the mirror and not anything that i am talking about.

Don't forget to buy some glass cleaner after you jerk off to yourself.

  • @blade004 Right! When no real arguments are left, insults are your last resort. How fucking new! And hell yeah, I LOVE to look at myself in the mirror. xD Jerk off??? I'm a GIRL, idiot! Good luck with your pathetic life, fatso! lol

  • @TheAngelRussie And when you are uneducated on the subject you resort to denouncing the information put forth to you. How fucking new!

And your a girl, well, quite a lovely mouth you have you on you there, you have the looks but not the decorum of a lady but merely of trash. As for me being fat, i am told i look 11 years younger than what i am, have hardly any fat and still retain muscle at age 37.

You are what make good looking women real damn ugly.

  • @blade004 Shut up already, duche. Get off Youtube & get A LIFE. xD

  • He doesn't deserve it that's just my opinion

  • Wow I know losing weight is hard but...... Seriously ? That's alot of weight put back on

  • sad, waste of air and time

  • @junkjanedoe

    agree

  • @junkjanedoe

    and food :P

  • @junkjanedoe so true
