man im a yard jockey at fedex and i never have anytime to screw around like this and the guy that said he makes 16.61 that has to be a lie cuzz our fed ex hub the most you can make an hour is 12.75

UPS pry starts out about 15 per hour for shifter then works up to 20 or so???! That's my guess.

i work for UPS only not as a shifter but I do have my class A.

I work for FedEx Express. Its pretty cool. I work Sat and Sun as a yard mule driver. There is a guy that is higher on the senority scale, 20 plus years I think. There is no way I would have a shot at the FT Mon through Fri Yard mule position until he retires and even then I still would get beat out for that job. I make $16.61 per hour and the top out is like $20 something an hour however I don't have plans to stay that long to top out.

When I worked at the Jax Hub, I saw the yard dogs have the trucks in full foward, then slam the truck in reverse to spin the tires the other way before they backed up! Nothing new! :)
