Yes, four months, that's quite normal. They don't want to pay anything and want the house for free. It should be a crime for them not to pay for their rent after 2 months. In the parts of the US they are evicted the next day they don't pay rent.

yes - unfortunately because of the way the eviction process works, the tenant needs to be in arrears for 2 months or 8 weeks before you can apply for a court hearing. This is usually at least another month before you are heard and then it could be up to 28 days before the tenant has to leave! Shocking isn't it? The tenant has gone by the way now leaving debts of over £1,500...
