I am the most impatient person ever when it comes to streching. My ex girlfriend broke my nose one night so i decided, eh why not strech my septum now.. I went from a 14 gauge 1.62mm to a 0 gauge or 8.25mm in about a month. Fuck ya mutha.

How bad did that hurt? I've streched my septum to 5mm from 1.6mm, and i have to say, streching it is one of the most intense feelings ever, much better than sex, i promise you!

did your piercer use an acrylic taper right after?

for me stretching to a 6g via the tape method has been the least painful for me. for the previous septum stretches i used tapers and pinchers, and fuck did those hurt. but upon getting to an 8g the jewelry was thick enough were i could tug and play with it without any pain(not to mention my crusties finally disappeared, so with a month or two of playing and 1 day of taping i got to a 6g problem free

but surely this method is 100 times more painfull, i have streched my septum to 4mm from 1.2mm, and i have to say, streching it is one of the most intense feelings iv ever felt, it sucks haha, so i dont think i could ever go for this procedure,

yeah its alot more painfull and its a more permanant then stretching but its also alot quicker and has alot less complication than stretching does

with a septum piercing its in a area that quite prone to infection and when you strech a piercing it leaves micro tears and these tears can harbour infection quite easilly also if you have been stretching too fast you could get a blowout in your septum and believe me i had that when i was younger with my septum so i recomend that you go really carefully with you septum and make sure you wear the right jewlerry and stretch at the right pace and only use insertion tapers
