Land covers 29.22 percent of the Earth's surface. This is about 57.5 million square miles (149 x 106 square kilometres). Water covers the other 70.78 percent of the Earth's surface. This is about 139.4 million square miles (361 x 106 square kilometres).

@EnEsCe No where in the video did it say "water" covers 71.111... It says "SEA". When you calculate that, it works out perfectly fine. Sorry, but when you think you find an error in the Quran, rethink everything through and then ask because everything in the Quran is 100% right. If you think there is a mistake, check it up with a scholar of Islam because somethings acannot be undeerstood literaly in the Quran :D
