I saw this video before and the comments suggested that as the idiot jumped away, the train hit his leg resulting in an amputation. In this video you can see he gets up.
If I was the driver I would speed up and hit the fucker.

People like that have absolutely no regard, not only for their own life, but for the lives of the crew members whose hearts skip a beat everytime they have to experience a situation like this. That kind of stress on a daily basis over many years just has to shorten their life span. Even if the idiot gets killed by doing something senseless like this video shows, and the crew is completely innocent, they still end up having to live with that death on their minds. :(
