It is what we are called to do! Is not worship and act of love? Are we not to be in constant worship to our God? I take this song to heart as that no matter what I do, I cannot repay the love of my Savior. That I am undeserving of his grace, and yet he gives it abundantly not matter the song i sing.

me and my girlfriend listen to this song when ever we have trouble with each others past.. It makes me cry every time whether she is with me or not.. But It really helps us remember that our love is different because God is a part of it and will hold us together in ways we could'nt on our own. he puts us in a place in each others hearts that only we can go..

They ARE a Christian band and ARE Christian men... that doesn't mean THIS song is about God... anyone can relate "love" to Jesus... but i promise you, this song is not about that. It's JUST a love song between a man and a woman.

It talks about "Grace she comes with a heavy load" and how we accept the grace of Jesus, And for me personally i accept it and constantly realize how unworthy i am. "like a pill i swallow it makes me well, but leaves an awful taste". I know i can never repay Jesus for what he did, not that i'm supposed to, or that i have to. But there is a place in my heart Only the love of Jesus can go.

I think he is talking about Jesus and how there is a place only Jesus can go (our heart). And when he says "there is a place only love can go", i think he is referring to Jesus as love. But this is also my opinion. I dont know if its right. But i CANNOT stop listening to this song.
