  • Jason, thanks for all your videos. They are quick and to the point. But I must say, there is an interesting backstory to the Nashville Numbering System. And not just "easier than letters" as you posted. Keep up the good work!

  • @Bageera63 You're welcome. And you're right, there is a lot more to it, which I don't care to get into on YouTube. :) Anyone else reading this, google it to check out what he's talking about.

  • Wow. You made that simple. Thanks.

  • @docjolley you're welcome. I guess numbers are easier than letters for Nashville musicians.

  • Yeah, what are you using to get that tone?

  • @rolandsdisc See my reply to benjifasho below. It's all Pod Farm 2. Irionically, the most important models on there to me aren't the amps. It's the mic pre's, specifically the API 512c and the Neve 1073 models. The LA-2A comp model would be up there too. These three models make any tone sound so much better.

  • Man that is some sick tone! What are you running through?? Great lesson!

  • @benjifasho @rolandsdisc It's all POD Farm 2, from Line 6. I believe my signal chain is: Vetta Comp, Fender Deluxe Reverb, API 512c Mic Pre, and Spring Reverb. The Tele is an American Standard, bridge pickup, with 10-46 strings.

  • great man!!

  • @MrGuimbard Thanks. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see a lesson on. I'm always open to ideas.
