  • Is that you ray ?

    stay of the drugs man

  • greatest "Rap" song ever! :D

  • So true.

  • i heard this when i was 3 in a half years old @ a birthday party

  • i think the guy in the video indulges on he-ron.

  • J Dilla absolutely wrecked this track

  • what did he make outta this, yo?

  • He sampled the instrumental of this song and made a rediculous beat. its on youtube : Jay Dee - Heroin Joint

  • I remember in grade 6 we studied illegal drugs and their effects on people-remember hearing this song in one of the movies they showed in class. That message has stuck with me to this very day...knew a guy I went to high school with who just OD'd not too long ago-this track is still relevant today we need to hear it more often...RIP James Brown this could be your lasting legacy!

  • Herion is the worst followed by meth then cocaine.

  • This is a most needed message in song.

Well done. Thank you for sharing this

    video with us. Take care.

  • Tripped out shit.. I feel the soul.

  • Good message, in the song, socially conscious--although he was a PCP-tripper himself, and probably a junkie as well...

  • The idiots who approved removal of the King Heroin Mini Lecture must be utterly mad, I showed my sons as it was the best educator re drugs I have ever seen. James Brown ....King Heroin is a Masterclass.

    Kind regards sicodaddy

  • To all who are new to recovery, liten to this song ,it speaks the truth. We all are special and nothing is imposible and what I mean you beat this ugly addiction if you are willing to fight for your life,I did. Just reach out and ask for help and if help is offered take it,I gaurantee you won't regret it.

  • I would say that this song is the single most meaningful contribution that James Brown could have made to benefit society. When I made the video, it was really hard NOT to blink for the duration of the song--I think I blinked once, but I "cheated" a few times by rolling my eyes up white, so they wouldn't get dried out.

  • No smoka da ropa. I was just going through a range of horror-show expressions with my eyes. I'm a big fan of Lon Chaney Sr.

  • What weed were you smokin' ? Looked like good stuff !! James Brown R.I.P.
