Every time I download the file, It scans it and removes it because of this thing that tracks how many users that have Norton and scan the users that downloaded the file. In this case, they say that not very many users that have downloaded the file. Therefore, It says it's a virus. I want to get Back to The future Hill Valley Mod. It's the reason I bought Vice City for PC.

Great job I love the changes an the easy install. although min is still very unstable even with lite installation. I have tried with 3 different operating systems. It randomly crashes and sometimes I can even anticipate when it will crash. Is there anything I can do to even remotely stableize the program?

yes mine too it just crashes randomly, but especially at the DMC13 Delorean instant time travel part. i can't ever get past that part. and the instruction messages go way too fast i can't read them that fast, so then i have no idea what buttons to press. and you cant look them up in BRIEF from the menu either. that needs to be fixed to not go so fast, or at least be able to look up the instructions of what buttons to press when.

The Game play's good. But when I will start a savefile later I got a black screen. When Ctrl+Shift+Alt and then close the game I get a link to a file that could take care off my problem. But when I install that (vicepatch_11), the I get a message that the game don't recognize the update. What did I wrong?

you can only install the vicepatch_1.1 on a clean install copy of Vice City. Meaning no mods. The gta-vc.exe has to be unmodified for the patch to work.

@GTAIVFan17 The R2 installer is a combination of the original 0.2e release, and all of the updates for it. In simple terms, if you want to install 0.2e, the R2 installer is the only file you need to download.  After that, just follow the guide shown in this video and you should be good to go.
