when i click Connect Basic the one screen comes u then goes back to the main CyberGhost screen and some times a thing pops up and says check my firewall because it may not be allowing it, some times it works and some times it doesnt, but other than that great vid 5/5 =)

Sounds like their is more like a problem with your WiFi more than there is one with cyberghost.
