You too. I have been lifting for 2 years almost every day. I am only 17 years old and on top of the sport as one of the youngest competitors. I have never used any type of steroid period. I eat close to 10,000 calories a day and lift hard and heavy every day. Before you start talking shit like you know something, why dont you try doing that and see if you don't get the same results.

hahaha yeah i bet you are. i've probably seen you compete or competed against you since youre "at the tope of the sport". and im guessing youre the badass that beat me too? i dont give a shit if you get 10,000 calores or 8. that has nothing to do with what i was saying. i could go into details about my training, dieting, supplementing. but talking like you are doesnt mean anything until you can prove what your saying
