the maximum temperature in the world for gaz combustion is 3200 degrees ... and it's an "oxyacétylénique" flame ( an accurate shake of oxygen and acétylen ) . your lighter is a simple gaz lighter ... without oxygen .. a blowed flame ... you should listen how to read ! it's not more than 1300 degrees ;)

Butane combustion with air doesn't even reach 2000C. 1970C is the highest temperature butane combustion can reach with normal air.
