1998 Dodge Dakota Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Test and Replace

I have pretty much the exact same truck, same year, same engine. I am having a problem where sometimes when i start the truck it will idle up but then fall to about 400rpms and quickly stall. Now i cleaned the throttle body and also replaced the IAC, could it be the map sensor? (no code for map sensor popping up)
